Would Nas/Chris Winston ever release Deja Vu/atleast the second verse?

Well, do you think that NaS would ever release this unreleased fucking gem? I have done a lotta research on this album and it was produced by an unknown dude called Chris Winston. It was meant to be on It Was Written but politics held the song from not being released from the album and Nas later used the first verse later on Raekwon's Verbal Intercourse and a bit of the third verse on Cormega's Godfathers.
