still a lil bum news for UK peeps, seems the Plasma Cutter is for 360 and PC only and DS Extraction will take its place in the PS3 CE. Pretty crappy decision seeing as how DSE was to be included for free since the beginning. No word on NA stipulations and hopefully there are none.
