I actually did the 300 workout twice and i felt like a rag of shit for a week, i haven't been able to go back to doing it though, idk where the fuck i found all the STAMNUH from originally.

otherwise i've been going to the gym almost daily for a few months now, anyone else enjoy getting ripped like hymen?

i do very light cardio cause i get board easy, then a lot of work with free weights. I try to do 50 consecutive reps of deadlifts with 140 on them, every now and then but it kills my back.

and 200 sit ups, i HATE push ups.

I just do as much push ups in one set as I possibly can every now and then. Then I repeat.

weights take away your speed and make you lose focus on agility and core body strentgh and balance. any doof can pump weights. adds nothing to your physical specimen other than increased muscle visibility. dumb.

I play sports and that keeps me fit. I don't enjoy doing pushups and shit, I'm not in the army.

I could probably outrun most of you though, I see being good at running as a general advantage, more useful than being able to benchpress 200 lbs.

strap your wrists up when you box or you can seriously sprain your wrists, and that injury will stay with you for a long time.

i aint got much time for sports or gym anymore, but still try my best to hit the weights now and then. i used to gym everyday and play basketball after. now i gym only 3 times a week but my new gym is full of fucking retards. the ones that scream when they lift 20kilos once, they carry 20 towels around with them along with their protein shakes. the worst however are the ppl who just go to the gym to socialise, they are fucking awful. got too many of them at my gym, they always come up ask how my day was and ask for advice. i just tell them to go on steroids and hope for the best.

apart from the usual weight lifting i now swim as well. thats really good cardio work. if you can swim once a week for cardio.

I work out four days a week.

I do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 50 chinups, and 30 dips. When it comes to bench pressing, I'll admit that I'm not that strong like most guys. My max is 230lbs and I did that on a good day. I'll start off with 200lbs then I'll work my way up. At first, I was using dumbells but I heard that dumbells will only get a guy so far in terms for strength, which is why I started benching. I'm the same way with squats too. My max is 270lbs. If I choose not to squat, I'll get on the leg press. My max on the leg press is 630lbs, which really isn't nothing. This is why I need to work on my strength.

That's pretty much it.

i stopped trying to get big and just concentrated on getting cut up and strong. getting big requires me to eat big meals like 5-6 times a day. fuck all that. i cut my diet down to 1.5 big meals a day of REAL FOOD.
anyway...

i start the day off with a 15min QiGong routine.

i do 300-400 pushups a day 150 in the morn, 150 during the day, 100 at night if i'm up for it. i do 60 dips in the morn, 40 during the day i do about 100 sit ups a day. i also curl dumbells.

i fuck women for my cardio. basketball too.

i feel great after a good workout.
people who don't value strength training have never "lift-fucked" a chick while standing.

i stopped trying to get big and just concentrated on getting cut up and strong. getting big requires me to eat big meals like 5-6 times a day. fuck all that. i cut my diet down to 1.5 big meals a day of REAL FOOD.
anyway...

i start the day off with a 15min QiGong routine.

i do 300-400 pushups a day 150 in the morn, 150 during the day, 100 at night if i'm up for it. i do 60 dips in the morn, 40 during the day i do about 100 sit ups a day. i also curl dumbells.

i fuck women for my cardio. basketball too.

i feel great after a good workout.
people who don't value strength training have never "lift-fucked" a chick while standing.

Bruce Lee is the physique i'm aiming for. but on a 6'7" frame.
and

no lacey, i only eat like 1500-2000 calories a day so i'm not puttin on a whole lot of muscle. just getting really toned and solid. i have to eat like 5000 calories to put on bulk.

i also break it up. i do wide, reg, and diamond position push ups and only do about 20 in each and repeat that then i may finsh out the set however it goes cause i push unitl muscle failure. i have a real organic workout. its boils down to what feels good and what feels right.

i been practice boxing/sparring for years so i know how to run the speedbag, the maize bag, etc.

bhakti yoga

i usually do 30-45 minutes of cardio(usually treadmill or roadwork....roadwork usually in the morning when the air is fresh)

as far as weightlifting right now im hitting 213

but i have been incorporating

2 workout methods depending on my gains

which are texas method and HIIT

also the person who suggest that TSA shadowbox with weights is making imo a flawed statement it can do more harm to the wrist than good and also the way you throw a punch is also a factor....the way you perform on the mitts is the way you should perform on the heavy bag...the reason i wouldnt suggest the weight because punching with them can cause a problem as to how you throw and land a punch....im thinking you arent throwing your punches correctly(hooks are more likely to cause wrist pain then any other punch)

push-ups build strength for this and can give you punching power

u should try the perfect push up.....that shit works. i was using it a little while back an it was noticeable very quick.

Is that so? Whenever I see an TV ad regarding an exercise product, I always get skeptical because most of those products lack REAL results. Now, I heard that the Total Gym and the Bowflex are great workout machines.

i can see why some women would prefer muscular men but it's not my cup of tea.

i just like a man in shape. if i was really into him then i'd still like him if he was slightly out of shape. i don't really need to see defined muscles either, a little definition is nice but when your veins looks like it's gonna burst then nah mate. allow that shit.

i've just reached a point in my life where i don't have to obsess over my own body like i did back in my 20s and teens. i don't need a man that obsesses over his own body either.
