im trying to find a documentary on freestyle fellowship that I watched on TV one day a few years back
It was playing on showtime or starz or some channel like that
The documentary had footage from the weekly shows they used to have back in the day and focused in on most members in the group getting in depth with their history and shit
I hope one of yall heads can help me with this cause ive been looking for the shit for a lonng time since i caught it on tv

"This is the Life (The good life/Freestyle Fellowship)"
every hip hop head needs to watch this documentary especially all the aspiring artists
this story of west coast lyricism and creativity is rarely told. tells the story of many west coast legends who are still in the game right now
the trailer ^ gives a little preview of who is featured
heres a two minute preview
