could it be the water? i mean, it's such a super small place, yet they are responsible for birthing a lot of forms of music that transcend into popular music here in the states and damn near everywhere else. not to mention the first third world superstar was bob marley. i'm sitting here trying to think of another geographic location where this much profound music was amassed, but to no avail. so what is it about jamaica? ska dub reggae lovers rock soundsystem clashes i mean the list goes on and on
+ they have illest short distance runners in the entire world.

The Jamaican Flag is the ONLY flag in the world, that doesn't share any of the colors of the American flag
Strictly the ganja:hippy:

Good question and observation.
I think the answer lays in researching the start of reggae and its roots amongst the aficans in jamaica
