' reverbnation page it's dropping oct 1st, maybe the reason canibus catolgue is down, they could be prepping the site for the digital mixing board.

Great news.

Canibus' work ethic has been crazy the past couple of years, he's been dropping some of the best material of his career too IMO.

The quality and quantity has been abundant, I'm sure RTJ 2 will continue that trend.

Meh.....Stoupe just quit producing hip hop so who really cares? Its the JMT debate all over. How are you gonna call it "JMT" without Stoupe? How are you gonna call it RTJ II without him?

I think Rip The Jacker should be a series of Canibus and 1 producer collabo.

Only opened this thread on the off chance that I'd read about stoupe producing something on it

Bis is just boring now, he's obviously talented but every record he's made since Mic Club has sounded the same to me Lyrically........ Dude just tries too hard now, like a 1,000 bar song...........Who the fuck really wanna hear that??..........I respect the fact that it takes work but I dont wanna sit there and hear you rap about random shit for 20 minutes or however the fuck long it is........Less is more

Not really, 'Bis regrets that more than anything because even he knows it fucked his industry buzz up.

Rip The Jacker is an alter ego created by Canibus during the C! True hollywood Stories era.

RTJ is pretty much 'Bis in full-on battle mode "I'll snatch ya crown with ya head still attached to it" type shit.

Energy and potency reminiscent of his exchange with LL, hence the reason he flipped Jack The Ripper into Rip The Jacker.

It may have been a back-handed swipe @ L when he first thought it up, but the RTJ persona has transcened that.
