i wonder if this song is to be featured on "Rebirth Of Detroit" even though Kool Keith of course is from NYC. from the HipHopDX interview he says Ma Dukes reached out to his manager for him to lay down a few verses so it seems possible. dope track, i can't remember where i heard this beat from before but i think it was something with Phat Kat or someone from Slum Village.

shame on me

too bad they hadn't collabed more, keith might have been one of the few mcs to inspire dilla to broaden his horizons even more than he did on his own volition

can only imagine the shit dilla would have crafted with keith in mind considering all the different styles he had mastered. would have liked to hear them spit about hoes and shit as funny as that may sound, i think it woulda meshed well
