He told me why the mayan clandar ends, which is something I never heard from anyone else.
The mayan calandar was so accurate, in fact the most accurate calandar ever. Its more precise than the atomic clock. And it charted all the planets movements not just earths.

They knew on december 21st 2012 there would be an alignment with sun earth and center of the milky way galaxy black hole. This would cause a shift in the earths rotation and would effect the accuracy of the calandar. Since there was no way to know precisely the effects this event would have back then the mayan calandar stops on the 21st because it was the end of time as they knew it

when the mayans actually created their calandar they started it 34,ooo years earlier when a similar alignment occurred
