I picked up one of his albums for real cheap on ebay, I-Phantom, I really like it its like one big story throughout the album kinda hard to explain anyone know any info on Mr Lif? I never heard of him before

hes from boston, hes part of the perceptionists with dj fakts one and akrobatik, hes been on a ton of albums, hes got a few albums and what not, i phantom is dope, but his emergency rations ep is better and so is his first ep enters the colossus, but if you want the dopest shit, try to get your hands on his album sleepy heads, that shit has all his classic singles and what not shit is banging trust me, and if you can try to get a hold of a single he did with this dude ripshop, the songs called shoplif and its crazy

Yeah I checked the site it seems he got a few ep's out there too. This Mr Lif is a really talented artist I wanna pick up some more of his shit

i phantom to me is a classic album, to be honest ain't listened to his ep's but i'vew been meaning to pick them up for some time but they're quite hard to find.

I-Phantom is something else though the Songs "Post Mortem", "Daddy Dearest" and "Live from the Plantation" are some of my favorites. I let my friend borrow it cos I think its fire, couple of weeks later im like "you listen to Lif yet?" and he was like "Nah cant be arsed with it"

I dont understand why he wasnt on the Indie Culture album
but I guess they couldnt get everybody on there.

That's what's up. I'm glad ya'll know about Mr. Lif. Yeah dude is from Boston so I've known about him for a long time. The Boston Hiphop scene is real real serious right now.
