Peace QOP,

I usually only eat once a day so it's knda hard to eat in the morning cause that energy will run out and I'll be starved by bedtime....then, again I don't really sleep...LOL...issues!

oatmeal or muffin (blueberry or lemon poppy seed) or piece of fruit (apple/pear/ or banana), with soy milk or uice, maybe stein of coffee of mug of tea, for quickies a pop tart

breakfast for me is great have to have it

nono ingrediants for breakfast

bacon and sausages ( hate anything pork related not cause i'm religious but straight up nasty shit)

any pungient spices ( i.e goram masala garlic with the green bit removed ginger)

anything thats too fatty

my perfect sunday breakfast is something like this

sauteed potatoes then fried in reserve olive oil with red onion or shallots season with seasalt black pepper and added rosemary during the cooking process.

eggs i either scrambles them with some chives or tarragon, or part fry them part poach them

bread i either toast this or i lightly fry it in minimal oil added a few herbs to give it flavour

beans a few spoonfuls of these add a little texture

pinenuts these are the best addition to any breakfast fast tasty and good for the immune system

a bowl of museli with puu wheat and the other mixed with honey and natural yougurt adding whatever fruit u like

:) u got a great breakfast right there


and to the moon person eating 5 small porsion of food a day is healthy and helps u lose weight fast then total cutoff from food
