If he not what he supposed to be then you need to let him know what he supposed to be.
fake leaders are ones who have not finished learning yet
but
some of them are under the impression that they have learned everything they need to know

Organized religion is a business. Your pastor my have alterior motives.
If he is not in it for the money,
he is in it for the fame, or
he is in it for the women, or
he could be stroking his ego
It is quite disgusting to see a leader leading falsely.

probably 99 percent of leaders today are not leaders. Fact of life really.

a true leader knows he has much to learn still... Confucius
i only became a leader when i stop trying to get my point across and decided to leave people alone

i like that
i guess, not guess, admit that humbleness behavious is the ebst trait of a true leader..
we have to address what a leader leads to see what takes a true leader to be one.. ahemm

true
in one of the early chapters of the tao te ching it same something to the extent of:
he who regards his body last will be given the empire
from a confucius interpretation of the i ching:
if you are a bent log
the best thing to do is to go where a bent log is needed
there is a difference between wanting to be on this planet
and asking yourself the question of whether this planet needs you or not
this can be a difficult proposition to face
but
it opens the door to the question:
what does a person have to do to be needed here?

true indeed.
socrates did also say that... an unconsidered life is not worth living.. i always remember those words..
i guess life is a pursuit to find oneself.. and the world seeks to find that self that the world needs...
to opposing ends running towrads each other?
maybe..
but i guess.. the wisest thing to do... is to try and become a leader of oneself than a follower without a leader
if that makes sense
