^^Yeah man, the album's sick, one of the best of 2005.

The best tracks IMO are: One Two Yall, Bye Bye, Onion Head, Monkey Barz, Boom Bye Yeah, Slap Boxin', Heartburn and Shake Down.

The only weak track is Fake Neptune, cant really understand how this got on the album but anyway, still a dope album......
8/10 overall for mine...
peace

I've got a big problem with the beats on this album. So I give this is a 6/10....2/5 for the production and 4/5 for the lyrics

No joke, some of the beats are so monotonous that at times Sean P doesn't sound as good as he really is. That shit made me drowsy i couldn't listen. Go ahead and call me a hater but I need to give my honest opinion so heads don't get the wrong idea. 13 bucks down the drain.

nah u know what i hear you...some tracks could have been a banger...but the album opens very raw...the first 6 tracks 13 and 16 i think are the tracks i like but they are soo raw those tracks speak for the album!

The album isn't that good. His lyrics are pretty shitty for the most part. It just sounds like he's not trying at all. And a lot of the beats are shit. There's the obvious bangers like "Heartburn", "Onion Head", "Shake Down", "Boom Bye Yeah", "Monkey Barz", and "Spliff and Wessun" but there are way too many beats that are just bad or just ok. "Fake Neptune" is one of the worst beats I've ever heard. I think Sean Price can do way better than this.

i can't listen to the song cuz the beat turns me off completely. it doesn't matter if he rips the verses, if the beat is garbage then no one's gonna pay attention.

Exactly what I thought. But this album was the second best of 2005 behind Muggs and GZA in my opinion.

Disappointing album to me. I wasn't feeling most of the beats but his lyrics were tight as always. Boom Bye Yeah song is the shit. I love that beat.

i like it but i would have preferred less guest appearances... excuse my ignorance but was it and album, or a mixtape which he's passing off as an album?... it's a bit all over the place... i like it, but it was a little disappointing...

Monkey Bars is a album, not a mixtape.
