the goal seems to be to make it thru the solo journey
and
provide support to others when you can

also

many harsh realities can sound very similar to shit talking

as in

'the ones you love will fill you with slugs'
and
'i will fuck your ass up'

it could sound like shit-talking
but
it is just honesty
