i bought this not expecting much and didnt really get much. i liked the dvd and 5-6 songs on the cd but the album was nothing special.

02-20-2006, 04:54 PM
It's a pretty dope album.. there's only like 2-3 cuts I'm not feeling.. The rest is solid.

02-20-2006, 05:22 PM
At first I didn't like it except for a couple of songs, but then the more I listerned to it the more it grew on me. It's a good album, it's worth getting for the dvd alone.

02-21-2006, 03:29 AM
haven't heard it but it seems like some new Trife shit (Who i don't really like) and then a bunch of shit from Pretty Tony Lost Tapes (shit that didn't go on pretty toney)

DVD looks good thouh.

02-21-2006, 07:26 AM
I've only seen the dvd at my mate's and it is a good ghostface performance, i also liked it when his son "Son/Sun God" dropped a verse as it was a dope verse, i can't remember much of it as i was drunk.

02-24-2006, 03:58 AM
I was a bit surprised at how good it is.

I wasnt expecting much from Trife but he impressed me the most.
I dig the songs he did by himself the most from the album

But the DVD is what makes it for me.
That was a cool fucking concert.

Over the past two years, Ive grown to respect Ghostface's music alot more than I used to.

This Is Good Lp I Mean Far From Gfk Illest But He Had Some Fire On That Like Fire, struggle, Etc. And Trife, This Was More About Him Show N Provin' That He Can Do It The Dvd Is Where It's At Shit Is Flames

The album was pretty good, but not anything special. It just made me want to listen to Supreme Clientele. It's worth buying for the DVD. Great performance by Ghost. Seeing GZA make an apperance made me smile.

Track 12 is ridiculous. Hands down my fav on the album. Top notch production with killer rhymes here.

03-08-2006, 08:38 PM
Sick album. Trife iz ill but its missing alot of tight tracks off the Stapelton to Somolia bootleg. 8 / 10

03-20-2006, 03:00 PM
I was just listening to this album and a lot of the tracks are straight "FIRE". Trife rips shit up on many verses. Solomons Child sometimes sounds like DMX to me though. Anyone else get this album???

03-20-2006, 04:24 PM
sick album, trife murders everything

03-20-2006, 05:21 PM
Hold up...Toney's Money & The Sun are both on that CD?

03-20-2006, 07:02 PM
Trife proved himself with this one, if you appear on an album next to Ghostface Killah and you dont get tripled outshined by him, youre a dope MC

I am on the Put It On The Line DVD. That show was CRAZY. LOL Cappa was Hustling Cd's at the end of the show. I went up to him so he can sign my Pillage album, and he said "Not until you buy my new shit." So...I bought the Struggle from him; he was charging 7 dollars, i gave him 10 and he said "Na, baby i aint got no change." Fucking Liar...lol

Yo! I just got this shit with the dvd about 2 weeks ago. The dvd is amazing! The cd was nothing special AT FIRST! But after a couple of listens I can't stop. The album is straight "fire" and track 12 is the shit. This is a must have especially cause trife takes it to the next level from pretty toney & 718. Must have!

Can't believe no one's mentioned 'The Sun.' Ghost, Rae, Slick Rick, and RZA?!
That's one of the best Wu songs ever recorded.

09-01-2006, 02:18 PM
The Cd is good not great but def. worth it for the Sun/the Watch and Cocaine Trafficking also I like Fire a lot and Milk Me or whatever its called the DVD is really great though!

I'll give you this much, that's one of the more creative conspiracy theories I've heard.

In any event, this CD was really dope and proved my theory that Trife could hold down a majority (if not an entire) album. Ghost was smart to market it as a collaboration release though.

02-20-2008, 09:11 AM
This album is and should be viewed as Trife's debut-album and is a solo joint (although ghost had 3 bonus tracks at the end and trife wasn't featured on 2 in the middle but neither was ghost on ironman).

10-08-2008, 07:10 PM
Milk 'em - Fucking love this track!
