A bill introduced in the New Jersey Assembly would require websites to collect and make available the legal names and physical addresses of anyone posting on an Internet forum....... http://rawstory.com/news/2006/New_Jersey_bill_aims_to_stamp_0306.html

its part of the patriots act. you know to monitor if terrorist are online and can then match names with the suspect list. they already want library records. people have this fweeling that they will uncover something or scare people when people are losing their basic civil rights. anyway in cvyberspace there are no solid forms per se in which to go after unless ip addresses then you get dummy computers like hackers. any way real names i'd come up with aliases first like i b nought and r u kiden.
who needs privacy?
why do you need it?
for the righteous -
isnt this the perfect opportunity to demonstrate what it means to be righteous?
does the government want to watch people taking their food seriously?
watch how they avoid the lard cream cookies and head for the fresh produce
watch how they talk about the pointlessness of trying to topple a government that is already falling
the sooner the better
i want a mini helicopter camera floating around right over my shoulder
my other question is
who the fuck is gonna monitor all this shit?

the web servers who give the ip addresses will take your account info plus your username and other login info that is relavant to you being outed to the government. its part of national security and the homeland act. it was never mentioned for fear of a online backlash and attempts by hackers to shut down the web servers. just be careful of identity thefts and phishers who will lie to scam you if you give the info.
