Forza Milan.

I've been a Milan fan since 1992 when it 1st came on tv, the dutch trio of Van Basten, Rijkaard and Gullit made me a fan, then greatness like Weah and Boban with the likes of Baresi, Maldini, Costacurta, Tassotti, Savicevic, etc made AC Milan a legendary team going 98 games unbeaten in league and europe.

u saw 04, losing like that to portugal, what a shit performance

we had a goal disallowed so we souldve gone through, imo england are better than holland

Roman Deini
06-12-2005, 10:52 AM

Holland will go further than England. Van Basten is a better manager than Sven. The squads are quiet similar, England might be slightly better defensivly. But with Van Nistelrooy, Robben, Sneidjer, Van Der Vaart and the others i dont know too much about like that Castillan (?) i think they are alot better than us going foward.

Roman Deini
06-12-2005, 12:06 PM
castelen you mean, he aint in the squad no more. yes defensive england might be better but i mean if you seen the defensive we had the last few matches every game almost changes cause of injuries and still holding the nill, plus van der sar is a better keeper england have. i dont like the keepers england has. midfield and attacking ah man, the players we have, vd vaart is a benchsitter tho, same goes for sneijder (he wasnt even part of the latest squad for the 2 matches). van nistelrooy might also think he gonna be one. kuyt, van persie, maduro. look out for these 3 players. next attack might look like robben - kuyt - van persie. best one out there right now imo. and our youngsters that are performing now in world cup under 20, we have some good players. maduro also plays in there, same goes for babel from ajax and quincy owusu from arsenal. damn that last kid is fuckin good. thing is van basten gives the youth a chance, doesnt give a fuck about them players like a seedorf or a kluivert no matter how good they play or not. he dont want those in the team.

36 probably gonna scout them players now with Football Manager ;)

36chambers
06-12-2005, 12:16 PM
haha already signed Hedwigs Maduro a while back. Heard of Kuyt, he might be coming to England.

How do the Dutch over in Dutchland feel about Robben? Hes already a legend at Chelsea and got in the Premier league team of the season last season and he only played about 4 months of the season.

Amazing player and scores plenty of goals for us.

Roman Deini
06-12-2005, 12:18 PM
They see Robben as a very good winger, not a legend yet in our eyes, but thing is dude is injury prone as hell. one tackle and he already complaining about the pain, he needs to get physical more and all that, work on that.

word.
Holland looked alot better than England in the Euros and took part in the best game in the tournament (vs. Czech Republic).
I'm English, but can't really complain about Portugal beating us because they were the better team in that game, disallowed goal or not.
England have the best team since 1966 at the moment, but still look a little toothless whenever Rooney is missing.

anyway, I reckon Holland have as much chance as anyone of winning the World Cup. On their day they can beat any team in the world.

Ronin

robben a legend? LOL

hes the same as pires, good player but dives like a fag

sean wright phillips is easily as good as robben

the way chelsea play makes it easy for an offensive winger, especially with cover from 2 defensive midfielders

lol at van basten being a better manager than sven

how many years experience has van basten got? has he ever guided an average team to the league title like sven did lazio? im not saying holland are shit, but i feel next year england could win

Krimewave
06-13-2005, 05:52 AM
Robben is a class above Pires imo.
SWP is good but again, not as good as Robben.
maybe if he played for a decent team he would fulfill his potential, but he's wasting his career at Man Shitty.
I can see him moving to Chelsea or Arsenal in the summer.

Roman Deini
06-13-2005, 09:00 AM
van basten student of cruyff, and cruyff was a student of rinus michels (rip), that alone makes him better then sven ;)

CarlKutta

Robben is a class above Pires imo.

I respect your opinion but have to say you are wrong!

Robben has had 1 reasonable season in english football (I'd never heard of him before that).

Now compare that to Pires who has had season after season at Arsenal scoring about an average of 15 a season as a midfielder (Not that that is the only part of his game, I even saw him bringing in headers, shoulder barges and hard tackles to his game this season)

I think you should wait another couple of seasons before you can compare the 2 players. Pires is a proven quality player. Robben still needs to prove himself. (IMO)

Robben has had 1 reasonable season in english football (I'd never heard of him before that).
it was only reasonable because he only played 4 months in the season, scoring 10 in 19 in all competitions and he still got into the premier league team of the season. And so what if u never heard of him before? No one heard of Cech before this season but hes still the best goalkeeper in the premier league hands down.

I think pires time is up, he only has a few seasons left in him before persie takes over, same with ljundberg... hes too busy modelling in his Y fronts. maybe vieira will be off too if real madrid show interest. obviously i didnt see the whole arsenal season but it looked like fabrigas played better than vieira anyway... quiet happy u lost edu, i think hes a good midfielder and will do well at valencia.

actually, when Utd were in the (old) second division, they had the highest attendences in the country.
unlike Chelski (who, only 4 years ago, were getting less than 10,000 in to some games) and arsenal fans (arsenal couldn't sell all their tickets to their FA Cup semis these last 2 seasons running), reds keep going to the games whether the team is winning or not.
something to do with being supporting your team through thick n thin.
Old Trafford would be full every week if Utd finished 10th in the league.

btw, the only reason Utd have sold more season tickets this year is because more have been made available.
Utd have sold out all their season tickets since 1987.

Ive never heard Stamford Bridge having less than 10,000 into "some games 4 years ago", show n prove...

Only reason Old Trafford is sold out all the time is due to your success in the 90's, think about it, if you didnt have that amazing success would Man Usa be so much supported? I doubt it very much. As far as I know, Juve dont have a sponsor this season. They old sponsor was "Sky Sport" which isnt the UK TV "Sky Sports". Still think the Juve away shirt is the best ive seen so far, the River Plate away is the 2nd best imo.

And as for the Arsenal home and Chelsea away... well I dont feel the colour and alot of Gunners I know dont either, its the colours they had in 1903 or something like that. Im not sure if the Chelsea away shirt is real or not, looks like another paintshop job over the England home shirt. The home shirt is just the same as last year, minus the change of sponsors, Samsung Mobile.

Lamps to ignore lure of Real

http://skysports.planetfootball.com/images/playerpics04_05/football/england/chelsea/lampard_hand.jpg

Frank Lampard's agent insists that his client is determined to stay with Chelsea and win more silverware under Jose Mourinho, after Spanish giants Real Madrid reputedly tabled a bid for the England star.

Reports in the English press suggest that Los Merengues had an approach turned down for the former West Ham man, with the offer comprising £20 million plus England striker Michael Owen and Argentine winger Santiago Solari.

Lampard confirmed his status as one of world football's most impressive performers as he secured the Footballer of the Year award in a season in which Chelsea claimed their first league title for 50 years as well as the Carling Cup.

Under Portuguese boss Mourinho Chelsea have proven themselves to be a formidable force in both domestic and European football, with the 27-year-old midfielder acting as the lynchpin of the side as well as chipping in with an impressive 19 goals last season.

Lampard's agent Steve Kutner has now confirmed that Real are interested in his client, although stated that the England star is determined to help fill Roman Abramovich's expanding trophy room.

"It's very flattering for Frank to be wanted by a club as big as Real Madrid," Kutner told the News of the World.

"But Frank has just participated in an incredible season at Chelsea and so long as they continue to want him he'll be giving everything he can to help them win more and more trophies."

The reported offer would also indicate that Owen is viewed as expendable at the Bernabeu despite impressing towards the end of last season as he claimed 13 goals in La Liga. Manchester United, as well as Chelsea, have been heavily linked with a summer move for the former Liverpool star and this latest development could put his future in Spain in some doubt.

Hleb can play on both sides

36chambers
06-27-2005, 09:22 PM
Robinho is a striker, similar to your Owens and Martins style of player. Hleb is a midfielder who could probably pretty much play anywhere, will be a replacement for Pires I would imagine.

But seriously... Robinho needs to sign for Chelsea. We need another striker, all we have is Drogba. Kezman should be leaving this week and Gudjohnsen will play apart in the midfield like he did near the end of the season.

Robinho, Torres, Trezeguet or Adriano will do :p

Real Madrid wants 2 Uruguayan players, one plays for Osasuna, the other plays for River Plate. i don't remember the names. plus Robinho of course. and they made offers for Diarra, Lampard and Gerrard, but it seems they failed.

Roman Deini

Nobody wants to join Chelsea? What about Del Horno?

Kezman will join Ath Madrid in the next few days so were guaranteed a new striker, seeing as we only have 2 recognised strikers in the squad. And yes, Abrahmovic is far richer than that dirty little Italian greaseball...

Ronin

whoever the fuck he is...

whats 57m got to do with anything? we havent made a bid for shevchenko, im sure if roman really wanted to he would splash out however much it costs. i wouldnt go for him as hes too old, theres much more younger strikers out there for "57m".

As far as I know... the only strikers we have approached for are Torres and Trezeguet, both have been rejected. We havent gone for Adriano yet but the Inter president says hes going to stay this season. Our name is always in there for Robinho, just as Real Madrids is.

If u believed everything written in the papers, Chelsea are going to sign every cunt out there.

berlusconi is a mobster too tho or he is connected with them in a way, it was one of them probably the latter. and if he is short of money he invents a new tax in italy so they pay a new player for him.

obviously im going to be just a lil bit biased here but i think Zola is the best premiership foreign import... hes most definitely up there.

I dont know anyone else who is more of a model professional, hes a true legend and i got his autograph once face to face, i even bought a Cagliari shirt with Zola 10 on the back. To me, Zola is the greatest player ive ever witnessed. I hope he stays in football in some capacity, football needs more people like Franco Zola.

La la la la Zola...

Dhorasso soon in Paris... that's a good recruit imo...

and Toulouse is recruiting well !!! they want the qualification for the UEFA's Cup next year, that's good to hear that.

sorry guys, you don't give a fuck about that, but i do lol :)

PSG sucks, you know... they always have had good players but they never reached their aim, not even close

I guess Toulouse has nice prospects, they might take the 2nd place this year (Lyon can't be reached imo)

anybody tell me where Gillardino be next saison?

i think PSG can do something good next year... like 2 years ago, they caught the 2nd rank behind Lyon, that was a good season.

i don't believe in a 2nd rank for Toulouse. that's my team but... well... a 4th or 5th rank would be great. the team is young.

for gillardino pfff Parma is fucking it up. they want 35 million euros plus a player on loan. AC Milan don't want to follow such demand.

OOOH HA CANTONA !!!

i heard that Vikash Dhorasoo is going to Paris S G and i'm not very happy about that, i think he's a great player that Milan should keep hold of, at least he is a better back up player then poxy Ambrosini.

and i couldn't agree with 36 chambers more, everything you said about Zola is completely true. I would like to add Gullit to that list of foreign imports, sure he didn't have the longest time as a player in the Premiership, but he will always be my best player.

peace

Chelsea put 51 million euros for Gilardino... that shit won't stop.

and Ronaldinho is about to sign until 2014 for Barça. evaluation of the contract : 124 million euros.
Eto'o signed until 2010 with a releasing stipulation of 150 million euros... but those stipulations never mean anything.
