Thats why I ain't ever ridin' fairground rides anymore, it's quite likely that the dude responsible for maintaining the ride is incompitent.

No one died, it's against Real TV regulation's to show ppl getting killed on TV, I seen this before, crazy shit though, very close call, another reason why im not going to the fair this year.
