The project is in partnership with a local college and the youth
authorites. The project is to assist young black males and females at
risk of 'gang actitivity' to train in business development. Once they
learn all the fundementals of of how to set up a business, we then
mentor them and assist them in the principles, practices, legalities
and protocols of doing that.

Peace to the Gods and Earths.

We are working on a project in the West Midlands, U.K starting in May.
The project is in partnership with a local college and the youth
authorites. The project is to assist young black males and females at
risk of 'gang actitivity' to train in business development. Once they
learn all the fundementals of of how to set up a business, we then
mentor them and assist them in the principles, practices, legalities
and protocols of doing that. We also help them with literacy and
numercay for those who need it.

We need assistance in 2 ways.

1. We need to purchase books, dvd's, audio tapes, CD's. Especially if
they come from a black perspective and if they deal with business
development, motivation, training and things of that nature. Also
Black history materiels (posters, flags etc).

2. Theres a brother coming from the U.K to the U.S in mid April. We
want to arrange for him to visit any group that has programs similar
to this working right now or in probabtion. This is a new type of
project in the U.K so we are actively seeking to learn methods for
making this project as succesful and as effective as possible.

Any assiatnce that can be given is much appreciated.

no all the cats in the hood dont sell this, this aint menace to society. you have many youngs people in the hood that want to stay away from all that bullshit but it's hard to when your schools system and streets are full of it.
if people or willing to help give them and out that isnt, playing sports or rapping im all for it.

i know man, alot of urban inner city kids dont get a chance to do cool shit like snowboarding or rock climbing. u know, they really wouldnt come close to gettting outta the hood with out help. yeah, some of those kids see more fucked up shit in a weekend than some of us do in a lifetime. if that was my life i would be runnin away from that hood shit too. u cool dude, sorry i pissed u and your friends off. 1
