no I'm not comparing both these books but I do want to know this.

would it be wrong to read both of these books in a way to understand both of these 20th century religions in my religious studies?

also has anyone else read these books or can give me a overview about them?

i dont think reading anything is wrong. it helps you understand another kind of person wiether you agree or disagree with what they are saying.
