Yep, Biggie. Pac got kinda old, real fast. But Biggie's songs can still be played and sound great. Pac just reminds me of my music when I was 15.

2Pac!
When i started listening to hiphop years ago then i started with Pac. He became quickly my favourite mc and he still is. I just love every of his song, his flow, his voice etc. and will never get bored of them.
So yeah, definately Pac!

^ you realize Pac was born in East Harlem New York?
Pac's music and personality actually motivates people to take action and make change in society or their personal lives.
Pac was more than a rapper. He was a revolutionist.

BIGGIE IS DOPE AND A MUCH BETTER MC THAN PAC
but pac still got some real moving emotional songs
songs that are easy to relate to
plus pac was too ubiquitous
partly because of
the way they throw his verses around these days, its despicable
leave the mans music alone!
What's the use?

2 Pac but Biggie had a good voice. RIP to both of them.

Pac kills biggie (he didn't even have to be alive and biggie died from the suspect pacs death left behind)
Biggie is a better mc
but Biggie can't touch the socially conscience tracks 2pac did
i.e dear momma
keep ya head up
i ain't mad at ya
just smile (feat scarface)
too many to mention

Biggie for me, by quite a distance too, but that's no disrespect to Mr. Shakur. I like a handful of 2Pac's songs(I could probably make a 80 minute disc of 2pac's music which I've truly 'felt') but for him to be considered amongst my favourite MC's wouldn't be fair, and I'd only be putting him up there because it's the cool thing to do.
Christopher Wallace has one of the greatest flows ever. How many emcees can you name who can put down a story telling track and make it sound so easy?
People who say he doesn't have material to be considered a legend are in my opinion way off the mark. He had three discs of solo music, a group album and recorded rougly over two full CD's worth of features in his short time in the music industry.
To this day, his music still sounds so, so fresh. I don't know a single person who is my age(say 18-21) who doesn't know at least one of his songs, even if they aren't interested in hip hop. Even people who had problems with him when he was alive agree that he was very ill(our man Ghostface,Nas etc.).
