ghyea, I was wondering what ya'll thought were some of the best musically composed Hip Hop songs. Now I ain't talking bout some producer throwing a drum and a sample together, I'm talking bout muhfucking works of art. Yaknow? A couple of my favorites:

Let Me Ride-Dr. Dre
Spottieottiedopalicious-Outkast
Be (Intro)-Common
Reunited-RZA

just for starters..

On top of my head, I agrees with this one, I fell in love with the trumphet or how you spell it the first time I heard that song.. a classic.

Banger....You have to listen to all its hidden qualities

i agree, Hell's Winter is defninitely one of the best albums I've heard. "Scenster" and "Shoot Frank" are amazing.

Actually, i've always had a facination for the aceyalone track "Accepted Eclectic". Who here knows who produced that song? On some fairy tale orchester shit, get's totally out of hand during the track.

a better tommorw is a 4th disciple beat. i was gonna pick that but i think that piano is just a looped sample.

i could be wrong.

i'd also like to add Rza's "gold".

well if by composed you mean not a simple sample and drums, then Dead Presidents needs to be taken off of whoever's post that was. The piano is just a sped up loop
