now we all know rakim influenced every rapper on the planet,so that doesnt count.
and remember,these are just in your opinions.

Gza Inspired MF Doom (monotone-wise)

Cee-Lo influenced Andre 3000 (at least in singing)

i never thot of gza as being monotone at all i dont think he is

but ive seen a few kids on here say the same

i think if anything he was monotone on grandmasters even tho i still didnt really think he was

ghost sometimes sounds real influenced by cappa or rae

Easy E influenced Bone Thugs (obviously)
Guru, not GZA, influenced MF Doom. Guru is the king of monotone
I think Common influenced all these concious rappers (Blackstar, etc.)
Rae and Ghost influenced all those mafia acts (Jay-Z, Nas)
