I was drinkin' too heavily ...like, I could be drinkin' all night ...wake up fucked up on my girl's couch @ 6:30am, and reach for a can of Red Stripe straight away, and carry on throughout the day ...then the night ...and so on..

It had to stop ...

I'm also tryin' to quit smokin', cold turkey style ...

I didn't smoke a spliff yesterday at all, first time in like 8 years ..and I've only had 1 cigarette so far today ...I don't know if I can keep it up tho
