Hear me out...

Back in the late 80's/early 90's these 2 were ontop of there game. LL had dropped a few nice albums(Radio, Mama Said Knock you out), so did Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince (Rock The House, Hes the DJ, im the Rapper Homebase). This ones for the old school heads, so if you dont appreciate old school hip hop, you wont appreciate these 2 artists, so dont bother voting.

Who came with the better albums back then? Me personally, I have to go with Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. Hes the DJ, Im the Rapper and Homebase are 2 of my personal favourites, plus Summertime is an all time classic.

I don't think the opening to Fresh Prince of Bel Air counts as rapping about hood life.
