yea in 3 weeks...
3 weeks ago i weighed 300lbs
yall seen the pics
now im at 275lbs
im trying to make it to like 200-230 depending on when i start looking cut n shit
i been on this crazy ass diet
no carbs
cardio once a day everyday
and liftin weights once a day 5 days a week
no food pre-sleep
protein every 2 hours to get my metabolism goin

its ill

Yo it took me 3 weeks alos, but its cause i had surgery and was only able to eat popscicles, since then ive been lossing 2-3 poudns a week cause my appitite has decreased.

I can bench Razorsharp no problem lol. I should be going on a diet and I should be doing cardio/weights but its the summer and I'm finding that I'm being awfully fucking lazy. I'm 5'7/5'8, 190lb, my legs are strong though. How many of ya'll do situps and pushups before bed or when you wake up?

ive been on a diet for 7 months
lost 40lbs


first 3 months 10 lbs each
then my unc died and fell deep into deppresion
now ive been just loosen 3 lbs per month


i eat good.

work out every day


havnt done cardio since 3 months ago..need to start up so i can lose around 8 lbs per month
but i work 19 hrs some nights so im to lazy to do it haha

but im not complaining...im still loosen the lbs

my goal is 190
...

about benching last lime i benched max 2 weeks ago

but hey im cutting and pushing a lot

shiit... when i get access to the school gym again, once school starts.... shiit.. i hit about 500 sit ups on the decline with a 10 lb medicine ball... and then lift weights elsewhere on the body... and then go for the medicine ball again and me and my roommate throw that shit at each others midsection 100 times each... muahaha... every other day tho... and stretch after

Hang-clean 245 lbs. <~~ Favorite lift.
And Incline 200lbs.

I lost 25kg (approx 55lbs) last year by cutting down on what i eat and working out heaps. Was happy with the result, felt clean, fit and healthy.

I did it for the fitness factor more then anything... I think beauty comes in all shapes and sizes... have the same self esteem then as i do now

Your doing great man keep it up! You can afford upto 200g carbs though a day coz of yer size and still burn fat. That would also help you prevent muscle catabolism, but if you dont care about losin a bit of muscle just keep doing what you doin and God bless.
