Well, Photoshop is more a program to edit graphics. You can create your own graphics with photoshop ofcourse but it won't have the same effect as when you work with Cinema 4D or Adobe Illustrator.

But you probable mean signatures,banners etc...with those graphics, in that case Photoshop is the tool yeah.
