I wanted to read all the books from Ghost Dog, but I'm not a big reader...maybe when I'm older, I'd like to read Sun Tzu's Art of War, someone told me its how war is like chess, but I wanna read it and find out....

hagakure is really a good book. i've read it couple of times (it took me some time to understand it clearly). it was written by yamamoto tsunetomo in 1700. the book explains what is the way of the samurai, what makes a good samurai, how they lived, contains lots of old japanese proverbs, sayings and wisdom. i truly recommend reading it.

"...there is something to be learned from a rainstorm. when meeting with a sudden shower, you try not to get wet and run quickly along the road. but doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses, you still get wet. when you are resolved from the beginning, you will not be perplexed, though you still get same soaking. this understanding extends to everything..."

Yes, the Wu Manual, is a great read, I have it. And I've also read The Art Of War, and The Art of Peace, and hagakure. They are all amazing books that you will find you can take alot from. They are all definitely worth reading!!

As for follow ups, well with Rza saying he is releasing 'The Cure' there was talk that he might release it as a book, soo I'm not sure what's going on with that though, keep an eye out for any info you can get on it.

peace
