so ? yeah that's a dope album. but very conceptual, few people may like it, but still, u can't deny Madlib... oops sorry, Lord Quas has his own style.

true. well in my opinion madlib's production on this is flawless. this album probably gave madlib a spot in my top producers since this was the first album i heard from him.

so you need to cop "A Lil' Light Instrumentals". that's Dudley Perkins' first album, you can give a listen to the regular retail version, but the Instrumental album is just perfect.

then you can check everything else by Madlib, which will take you a while. so, sit back, relax.

yeah the only stuff i heard from him was both quas albums, madvillain, jaylib, and whatever lootpack stuff he did. so ill check that out sometime.

Definaltely an ill album. Real Eyes being my fav track. I put that shit on as soon as I pop in the album. Had to get used to Quas' flow though. but it was cool once you vibe with it.

Yeah I like this album, Lord Quas has a strange flow but when Madlib doubles up with himself they sound proper dope. This is a very underated album, I could of seen this album win awards for originality if the mainstream actually gave a shit about real music.

I'm glad I saw this thread just now, because I copped the 2 Lord Quas albums during my hiatus from weed smoking. Now that I'm back on the weed (only temporarily....really), I must get blazed and bump these albums. Very entertaining even when straight.

the shit he did on this album is fuckin incredible, man...
he must've been higher that the Carina nebula when he sampled the score of "La Planete Sauvage" and Melvin van Peebles on Come on Feet, that shit is bananas...

yall motherfuckers should get the Lootpack album too, it has a similar style, plus Wildchild kills the tracks..

One of my favorite 'underground' albums. Such an ill vibe to it. I think 'the unseen' is much better than 'further adventures' too.

I like both unseen and further adventures but yeah unseen is better. Love Quas!

I've met Madlib in Manhattan back in 2004, one of my friends was chatting with him.
The man was BREATHING shrooms back when he made The Unseen.
It's an absolute classic to me, it should've been even more abstract :)
