It's called Atari Kids or something, go to www.dafont.com (http://www.dafont.com) , I think i got it there.Just browse the oriental fonts there for more ill fonts.try the search engine there for atari kids font.

Yeah at first I wasn't a fan of the swirl graphics cause you used to see 'em everywhere, but now I'm in to it.
