Did anyone else notice that there were no Primo tracks listed at all and that supposed collabo with Rakim is nowhere to be found??

What the hell!? I thougth Nas and Primo were workin close together on this album and i thought Primo would have atleast 2 beats on there!!! And that joint with Rakim! Where is that!?

And not to mention, where is the Nas/Primo collabo album we always hearin about??

i think they just say that stuff so the album gets an early buzz. everyone'd be talking shit about it if they said "nas has a collabo with will.i.am". even if that collabo never happnd, ppl would talk shit until they saw the tracklisting.

But I'm sayin Nas and Primo always come out the studio with bangers....and Nas has had a Primo beat on almost every one of his albums except like 1 or 2.....

I was really dissapointed to see no Primo tracks on the album....instead we got Will I Am and Kanye.....

Its probably Def Jam's fault.....they didnt want Nas workin with underground producers nobody really knows about.....instead they wanted the popular producers and commerical guest appearances(Snoop and Game)......

1. Album isn't out yet, you haven't heard it so why judge?

2. In the Scratch article they were saying that it won't be right away

haha.....he was 2 busy working with Chris Webber, who produced track #10: Blunt Ashes

also....i jus posted track #7: Black Republican (Produced by L.E.S.) (http://www.wutang-corp.com/forum/showpost.php?p=654904&postcount=3078) which is weak.......Gay-Z didnt help any

Def Jam is jus a big pay day for NaS........hopefully it wont be ALL disappointing, but so far it doesnt look good

cause the song is weak.

just because jay z is on it and nas is on it does not make it hot. sounds like the same old shit.

although its not on some gay pop rap. its just not a great track.

I thought I also heard after Street's Disciple flopped...i mean dropped, that he spent a mill on a Neptunes beat for his new album which was then titled NAS DAQ DOW JONES, and that he says its an insane beat, yet I don't see the Neptunes have a producer credit. Don't get me wrong though, that's not necessarily a bad thing as personally I'm not a huge fan of there sound, but they have surprised me before.

Street's Disciple wasn't a bad album. He could've made it a single disc with all the bangers and it would've been DOPE.
