Many of the famous albums and artsits that made a double album get criticised it has a lot of filler, could have been put on 1 disc by cutting weak tracks, etc.

I think this is the most solid album that has 2 CDs:

1 east coast disc and 1 west coast disc....hes from both....I like both discs...I cant choose one over the other.

It went Diamond if I am not mistaken. It was a creative effort and if he would have continued to live, it might have very well been his best. Who knows. RIP Biggie Smalls

I should have put Forever up there but that goes without being said up in here.

When I post here, I naturaly asume that there are no Wu haters. Cept for anybody that dont like U-God. And , I cant even blame you if you hate on U-God right now after what he said.

I been cleaning out my CPU library latley and putting it on disc and when I was burning the Corp mixtape , I had to at least stop and listen to the shout outs at the begining. That was dope. U-God , on the other hand , saying "fuck the Corp" and all that is not dope.

Anyway...heres an album thats of the double disc nature for ya'll to hate on.....

It was funny back then when all them albums dropped around each other. Everybod ywas on the double album trip in the late 90's. Bone Thugs' Art of War deserves an honorable mention. I remember gettin all them albums back in the day. To be honest, me and my boys would lift that shit when it dropped cuz thats just how we got down back then. We would go into Circuit City and snatch about three copies a piece on the daily. I never thought about my favorite artist making money back then. Its funny and kinda sad to think about now, looking back. But ,thats how I got all them albums.

Hail to the Thief.

i'd say life after death is slightly better than wu-tang forever
but.. even on those joints, there are some fillers (actually more fillers on big's album)
so just imagine life after death would be only one album.. great!
