just thought for all of you out there who are bombarded with negative facts about creatine

the shit isnt bad for you at all, its something found in our regular foods
the reason its getting bad publicity is bc the media doesnt know wtf they are talking about, and the FDA doesnt seem to like promoting safe supplements

so if you workout and are 20+ years old, go for 5 grams of creatine for 2 weeks everyday (on workout days take it after you workout)workout with something like gatorade to boost ur insulin so it will be absorbed better

then after that just take 3 grams after you workout for maintenance

after 12 weeks people say take 3-4 weeks off to cycle, but so far studies dont show it needs to be cycled but just to be safe

there are tons of benefits, not only bigger lifts and increased muscle strength, studies even show increased brain function since creatine is something your brain runs on

but btw dont buy shitty chinese creatine, or mixed creatine, bc most supplement companies are cheap and want more money so they add sugar to creatine and say it's "enhanced" when it doesnt do anything normal sugar wouldnt

buy pure german or us micronized creatine monohydrate

dont mix with your gatorade and let it sit, make sure you ingest it as soon as you drop it in ur gatorade, otherwise when in liquid it turns in creatinine which does nothing, also dont waste money on purple k or creatine pills, they dont do shit but placebo effect
