because they are making money form those titles with their VC on the Wii. And it's something to do with intelligent property and people paying Nin to get their games released on the Nes back then. And better recognisition being avaible

Oyeah, all pal user are getting scrwed over with the lesser titles of the N games on the VC. N is releaseing all titles region bound. So Pal is getting Pal titles and not the US. Althought titles like Sonic have a better version in the US.
