PSP problems converting youtube vids

well i'm halfway there...i converted the youtube videos to .flv's and i downloaded them aswell....i got the PSP 9 program but when i'm about to transfer the videos it shows up like it's not plugged in.

anyone know what i did wrong?

PSP Video 9 can't read .flv format. You need another video converter to do that with. I use Total Video Converter for .flv files.
