[edit (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Yung_Joc&action=edit&section=1)] Early success

Yung Joc is best known for his slow delivery and conservative rhyme patterns. His break-out song, "It's Goin' Down (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/It%27s_Goin%27_Down_%28Yung_Joc_song%29)" was produced by Nitti (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitti_%28musician%29) and Bad Boy Records (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_Boy_Records). This lead-off single, off the album New Joc City (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Joc_City), was a huge success in the United States. Though critically-smited, the single made its way into America's top 5 and was a heavily-downloaded tune on iTunes, Top metros for Joc searches are Jackson, Mississippi; Columbia, South Carolina; and New Orleans, Louisiana. The second single, "I Know You See It (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Know_You_See_It)," also was a big hit. It debuted at 59, and ended up at 17.
Joc is noted as the first artist in two years to have a top forty U.S. hit on Bad Boy Records (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_Boy_Records) closely followed by labelmate Cassie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassie)'s huge hit, Me & U (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Me_%26_U) in which Joc is featured in the remix.
Yung Joc's third single is "1st Time", featuring Marques Houston (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marques_Houston) and Trey Songz (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trey_Songz). The video premiered on BET (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Entertainment_Television)'s Access Granted.
Yung Joc is also featured on the songs "Show Stopper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Show_Stopper)" by Danity Kane (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danity_Kane) (from Diddy's Making The Band 3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Making_the_Band)) & Cassie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassie)'s album track Call U Out. Despite the rumors, he is not related to rapper Young Jeezy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Jeezy).[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yung_Joc#_note-0)
His sophomore album will be entitled "Hustlenomics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hustlenomics)" and is scheduled for 2007 release in which he plans to collaborate with international Vietnamese rap star Tony Nguyen. The promotion tour of his new album is, according to rumours, going to be around spring and will feature performances by Vizual and DJ Dro. 2 Up and coming artists that are currently doing promotional work. Hustlenomics is said to feature songs with Bad Boy's new girl group "Danity Kane" and collaboration with T.I., Bun B and Chamillionaire.

very true i had discussion with one of my college friends in i was explaining about the quality over quanity approach to hip hop and that's the problem. if you go to the record store there is more crappy music especially at Best Buy & FYE rather than your local record stores due to they don't carry all those gay ass mixtapes with more weak music than the most average person can handle i mean for every 10 tight banging albums you have 30 weak albums.
