I used to believe that outer space pics were made on microscopes. I still kinda feel that way. Its crazy , ..I know.

i read this magazine called Seed..its a science mag..

and on there website they put up 5 cool things everyday...either pics, a video, or an article or whatever...

i wood assume they were since the crazy pics of galaxies that are out there are primarily from Hubble..

nah the Sun is just one out of about 400 billion stars in the Milky Way Galaxy...a galaxy is a collection of stars..

this pic isnt real but its a representation of the Milky Way and the Sun's position in it:

this pic IS real and it is how the Milky Way looks from an observer standing on the ground on Earth on a REALLY clear night..

Looking at these pics I just realized something. The deep depths of the oceans on planet earth look alot like outerspace come to think of it.

The resemblance is amazing. If I had pics I would post them for comparsion. Maybe I'll find some and post them later. BUT the point is that in the dark deep ocean depths on planet earth there is no light ! So it kind of looks like outerspace. Plus to top it off there is life forms or creatures that illuminate light in all different shapes and forms just like the light being illuminated in outerspace by various objects.
