Based on all their guest appearances who do you think has consistantly put down great verses that are as good, if not better than the artist whos track they are on?

I think Nas has to be up there with verses from "live at the BBQ", "Verbal Intercourse", "Eye for an eye", "Fast Life", "Queens Day", "Me and Nas bring it to you hardest", "In between us", "Its mine", "Mo Money, Mo Murder", all his tracks with AZ, tracks with Large Professor, Jermaine Dupri, etc etc. He has consistantly dropped dope verses on the majority of his appearances and theres loads more i havent mentioned.

From the Wu camp id say Deck. All his verses on other clan albums have been straight fire e.g "Guillotine (Swords)", "Duel of the iron mic", "Assasionation Day", "Street corner", "Above the clouds", "Tres leches (Triboro trilogy)", "Tru Master", "Cross my heart" etc.

Freddie Foxxx always dropped dope guest verses 2 just listen to his verse on the Militia- straight fuckin fire.

I agree about Deck, i found Nas a little too cheesy for me in the late 90's etc with his tunes with R Kelly, Puffy JD etc. That shit showed me how phony he is.

Ol' Dirty could be considered for Hip Hop Drunkies, Fantasy remix,Gots Like Come on Thru, Duel of the Iron Mic, Woo Ha remix, Ghetto Superstar, Black Widow (both of em) and more. Not to mention that sussudio remix lol

^^Ya some of Nas's stuff with R kelly and Puffy wasnt great but considerin the quality of all his appearances overall hes been one of the best hes rarely droppd a bad verse on someone elses album

When it comes to Wu Tang, I gotta go with Masta Killa. Has anyone else noticed that he is featured alot on Wu Stuff(solo albums)?

One of the reasons im so hyped for the next RZA album, is cause you know that Masta Killa is gonna be on a joint with him, and they are gonna tear it up.

In Stereo - 'Mantis'
Digital Bullet - 'Brooklyn Babies'
BOAP - 'Grits'

that duo cant be fucked with

"no one can shine on a song that features me"

canbius takes the cake... when he gets a guest joint he always comes nice

other than him id go with killa sin, sean price and immortal technique.. they got that extra energy

Canibus - IMO, Canibus had the BEST INTRO/GUEST of any MC in the 90's in "Beasts from the East" and many more. 9:|6
