Aight wuts up ya'll. Well heres the drill, "Carry On Tradition". Great song as far as i think. You can really c how nas has grown over the years as he talks bout how the rap games fucked up. But heres the thing, theres a few verses where he's dissing artists sublimanily. I need help finding out who his victims are. Here's some of the verses im talkn bout........

[Verse 2]
Now some of these new rappers got they caps flipped backwards
Wit' the fingers intertwined in some gang sign madness

Some of you new rappers I don't understand ya code
You have ya man shoot you like in that Soprano episode
Do anything to get in the game, mixtapes
You spit hate against bosses, hungry fucks are marvelous

The lane was open and y'all was droppin' that garbage shit
Y'all got awards for ya bricks, it got good to ya
You started tellin' the bigger dogs to call it quits? What?!

[Verse 3]
Now I carry on tradition
Fuck a bum wack rapper makin' his career out of dissin' - I've always had the strong feeling that he's talkn bout 50 Cent here

N e help would be much appreciated.....thanks

gang sign madness may be about game, he is always on some gang member shit

Since those are all really vague, I'm pretty sure it's at your stereotypical rapper and not anyone in particular.

Yeah but wasn't Game featured on the album.

I agree with you 100% on the assumption of it being towards Jeezy though.

I'm leaning more towards your stereotypical rapper (if the shoe fits wear it) and partially aimed at 50 Cent

Na i dont think so, Nas and Game keep it cool. It seems like Game kinda looks up 2 Esco 2. But like Dough Snatcher said he was featured on the album and they've performed 2gether a few times.
