To download videos from youtube:
http://video.qooqle.jp/dl/
Then get a utility to convert the .flv file such as
RIVA FLV Encoder 2.0 and the RIVA Player at www.rivavx.com (http://www.rivavx.com) or google the free download.
So once you download the video/music file, just rename the file extension to filename.flv (as at first it just apppears as a file).
Then on the encoder the destination file name just label the extension with .mpg or a known media filename and encode
a catch is to check the audio on the bottom right hand side, make sure its stereo and the bit rate is 44
