The Tim carter penalty was bullshit and killed our chances at winning. Joke ass call. We killed ourselves though, next week we should redeem ourself against a weak ass Philly team. Fuck Philly. They beat Houston and I bet Philly fans are so excited. Tonight was a Super Bowl type game and we barely lost. This game reminded me of Seattle last year, especially with Feely's miss, we will bounce back against Philly AND Seattle IN Seattle. I know it.

just watching the game it seemed like the GEEEEEEE-MEN were winnning but the scoreboard didnt reflect it. Like someone said, long season, and theyll be good by the end

Not as good the Ravens though. WoooooWeeee, mcnair looked pretty under center for us, no homo. Ray Lewis and the D are hungry this year, watch out recievers coming over the middle. If Ed Reed doesnt pick it off Lewis is gonna put a hit on ya.

Ahman Green at home vs Saints

Kevin Jones at chicago vs Bears

I'd go with Ahman Green over Kevin Jones. One because the Bears D is too good to have a 100yd game and two, because Favre did so terrible last week they'll prob stick with the run this week against a pretty weak defensive team.

Baltimore Ravens are looking scary right now. They're 2-0 and they whipped the Raiders good yesterday. Ed Reed put a serious hit on a dude for the Raiders and his helmet came off LOL. Ray Lewis was playing some serious defense yesterday too. Steve McNair is the best thing that happened to the Ravens. The Ravens finally got a quarterback who can put some points on the board for them because their offense was horrendous before he came.

Tomorrow night will be better when Reggie takes the field at the reopening of the dome. N.O. will win this one in a surprising fashion. Defense..

And the G Men need to do some soulsearching these two weeks I hope they find something out because we're 1-2, definitly not a hole, and have 3 hard games coming up after the bye. They will I think tell what the Giants are about.

Adge187
09-25-2006, 10:39 PM
The Patriots aren't looking bad, but once again, our NEW kicker fucked up (dude kicks his field goals as if he wants the ball to bounce off a defender's heads... that's how low it is) and if he were to make that field goal, it'd be a closer game, and once again, Asante Samuel (DB) missed a fucking tackle and screwed up a play again and caused a another touchdown AGAIN. We lost to Denver 17-7.

These two dudes in particular need to step their game up... but once again, when Dillan leaves the game, we have no running game.. thus, Brady is forced to throw way too much or give it to our new RB Lawrence Maroney, who's still a little iffy... dude tries to bounce around before hitting the line of scrimmage... this aint college, these cats will get you... all you need to do is get passed the line of scrimmage and then start doing all of that....

But so far, we're doing good and better than most teams, but a few screws need to be tightened up before I can say that we can make it to the SuperBowl, and it's still the begining of the season, so i'm optimistic.

Randy Moss sounded off yesterday on FOX Sports Radio and he had a few interesting things to say. He talked about how right now's he's just laying back and chilling not really focusing on football just doing what he has to to make a check everyweek. He didn't come out and say it, but Randy isn't trying right now and doesn't care about football. He said he's tried to talk with Raider management but they seem to not care so for now he's happy flying under the radar. He also said he would love to be traded. This is where the Giants come in. I would LOVE To see Plex for Randy. Any day of the week even though I got love for Plex. On a serious note, I respect the way Randy's going about this because I see it the same way he does; Oakland doesn't want to win nor care about it. I just hope this great reciever can find a new home with a contending team because it's sad seeing this talent go to waste.

^Those problems w/ the team extend beyond Moss. They got their receivers running routes 20-30 yards downfield yet the QB's got about 1/2 second to throw the ball. There line simply isn't fit to be calling the plays that they do.

3 football fans were on their way to watch the game when one
noticed a
foot sticking out of the bushes by the side of the road. They stopped
and discovered a beautiful nude female dead drunk.

Out of respect and propriety, the Ravens fan took off his cap and
placed it over her right breast.

The Dolphins fan took off his cap and placed it over her left breast.

Following their lead, the Steelers fan took off his cap and placed it
over her crotch.

The police were called and when the officer arrived, he conducted his
inspection. First, he lifted up the Ravens cap, replaced it, and wrote
down some notes. Ne xt, he lifted the Dolphins cap, replaced it, and
wrote down some more notes.

The officer then lifted the Steelers cap, replaced it, then lifted it
again, replaced it, lifted it a third time, an d replaced it one last
time.

The Steelers' fan was getting upset and finally asked, "What are you, a
pervert or something? Why do you keep lifting and looking, lifting and
looking?"

"Well," said the officer, "I am simply surprised. Normally when I
look under a Steelers' hat, I find an asshole."

Congrats to the eagles,..............QOP u won this round... I put that L on Bledsoe entirely. Credit the Eagles D for knowin that his leadfooted ass will make some real stupid mistakes when he gets the pressure put on him.

I wouldn't be so harsh on T.O. though. Even if he's not catching balls like crazy, he's still getting defenses to double him on almost every down which is getting some great looks for Terry Glenn. Owens also had run a route that would've been a touchdown in the 3rd or 4th qrtr vs. the Eagles had Bledsoe been able to make the throw. Instead Bledsoe flinched under pressure & underthrew the ball behind him by a good five yards. I don't think Parcells would make a change at QB at this point in the season but I'm definetly curious as to what Romo would do given the chance.

And Check Two... I wouldn't say Grossman is better but I wouldn't say Eli is either. They have lots to proove still. Eli Manning Is Better Then Rex Grossman And For Eli Getting Rattled Thats One Thing He Wont Be. He May Make His Mistakes But He's Poised. How Many Times Has He Lead The Giants Down Field For The Winning Score Already On Numerous Occasions. When He Went To San Diego Last Year There Was Concern That He Would Get Rattled Because He Demanded To Be Traded From There And The Fans Were Out For Blood He Had One Of His Best Games As A Pro. Against His Brother This Year They Lost But He Had A Very Good Game And The Stage For That Showdown Was Huge. So If Eli Has A Bad Game Against The Bears It Wont Be Because Hes Rattled But More The Bears Defense Is That Good. Look For Rex To Be A Little Rattled For That Game.

DeMeco Ryans is the rookie LB, yeah I know they're gonna be contenders w/in a year or two but its been painful getting to this point. They've been in a lot of the games they lost. They're nowhere near as shitty as the Raiders though you wouldn't know from the records alone.

We got Dominic Davis comin back next year, so our running game is gonna get better, and Lundy's done as well as anybody can expect for a 6th round draft pick. We'll build up the D through the draft. It's been rough this year cuz of the switch from the 3-4 to the 4-3 but Kubiak's a smart coach and made some smart picks in the draft this year minus the whole Reggie Bush deal. In hindsight, I'm thinkin tradin the pick away would've been the smartest thing to do but it was a thin year for the D-line so if you wanna put pressure on Manning, Mario was the guy to get it done. I just hope he lives up to his potential, won't really know till he gets a full year under his belt and gets past the learning curve. He's been pickin things up in the last couple of games though. peace Rollie.

Houston is a good team. Very solid, young. I like 'em. I like all innaugural teams and what not, it's good to root for 'em. My boy Andre Johnson is a baller and I am a fan of Carr's. Too close for comfort this week, nice try though Texans.

haha Andre Johnson is the real fuckin deal. If we woulda figured our run game out sooner, we'd have a better record than we do now. Moulds has been a nice fit for the #2 slot at WR. I've been riding for the Texans since day one. Tony Boselli fuck-ups and all.

Growing up I was a Buffalo fan, but more the Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, James Lofton etc I just loved watching that team play, even thru all the fucked superbowls. But growing up you start to realize you wanna (at least for me), root for a team I could actually go and see and rep for where you're at. I wasn't always that way but nowadays, its all about Texas and fuck everybody else. Texans, first in the pecking order over Dallas.

Yeah, the Bears lost to a crappy ass Dolphins team, no excuses. And then you have a Vikings fan saying that the Bears suck, when the Vikings scored like 3 points against the 49ers Sunday. lol But anyway...

No offense, but I think the Texans are further away from being a contender than some of you's have been saying. The Giants were lucky to come from behind to beat the Texans. And the Texans aren't a good team. Maybe like 5 years from now, they will be half decent.

And like I said before, why have the Raiders been on Monday night games twice so far this season? lol

we're closer than five years away. We've got a lot of key players in place. We get the players we need on defense and things are already there, plus the D that we have now has been swarming to the ball quite nicely in their last couple of games.

As far as the Texans go, I have nothing but the utmost respect for Andre Johnson.

I was a fan of his way back in the day when he was the 5th string receiver for the Miami Hurricanes.

Players from the "U" are of a different breed.

PHILADELPHIA (Nov. 19, 2006) -- Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb will miss the rest of the year because of a torn ligament in his right knee, ending his season early for the third time in five years.

McNabb was carted off the field early in the second quarter of Philadelphia's 24-13 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

The Eagles said McNabb tore his anterior cruciate ligament.

"That's normally an eight month to a year injury, so he's done for the year," Eagles coach Andy Reid said.

McNabb was rolling to his right near the Tennessee sideline and tumbled out of bounds after throwing an incomplete pass. He grabbed his leg and was immediately tended to by trainers. He was replaced in the lineup by Jeff Garcia.

McNabb, a five-time Pro Bowler, came into the game tied with Peyton Manning for the league lead with 18 touchdown passes and was second in the league with 2,569 yards passing.

McNabb had surgery for a sports hernia and missed the final seven games last season when the Eagles finished 6-10 a year after going to the Super Bowl. McNabb also sat out the final six regular-season games of the 2002 season with a broken ankle before returning for the playoffs.

The Eagles were 2-5 with Mike McMahon filling in for McNabb last year and went 5-1 with Koy Detmer and A.J. Feeley starting the last six games in '02.

McNabb was 6-for-13 for 78 yards and threw an interception in the end zone before leaving the game.

KANSAS CITY, Mo.(Nov. 19, 2006) -- Oakland running back LaMont Jordan is likely out for the season with a serious injury to his left knee.

"Jordan's prognosis is that he tore his MCL (medial cartilage ligament)," Raiders coach Art Shell said after the 17-13 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jordan was helped off the field in the first quarter after a 12-yard gain. He rushed for 34 yards on five carries before the injury, bringing his season total to a team-leading 434 yards on 114 carries. Jordan, who went to Maryland, is a six-year NFL veteran and in his second season with the Raiders.

The Raiders also lost starting left tackle Robert Gallery with a dislocated left elbow in the third quarter.

"When I fell, I put my hand on the ground and somebody fell into me and it popped," Gallery said. "They said there was no damage to the bone, which is good. I'll wait until tomorrow to see how much I tore as far as ligaments. We've got six weeks to go. I hope I can get back."

Gallery was a 2004 first-round pick out of Iowa.

He's voicin' out about the touches he was gettin. To me it just looks like people was givin the Giants the division a little too early. Romo's mobility is definetly payin off. There's at least a couple of times in a game where I'm thinkin, "if Bledsoe was still playin, he'd uv just been sacked for 5 yards and we'd be puntin" If he can stay as consistent as he's been the Boys are gonna be in good shape headin into the playoffs.

If the G-Men didn't have all these injuries like last year, we'd be even better. Injuries will once again plaque us this year I hate to say it I really do I will continue to keep my hopes high but shit, injuries are cancerous like Coach Coughlin said. Just watch out for us in the playoffs. And we'll see after next, next Sunday's game when Cowboys come to Giant's stadium with sole possesion of 1st place on the line. (Even if we lose this week, we can still beat Dallas next week and get sole 1st.)

Thanskgiving NFL was mediocre, once again. Dunno bout the late game though. And Tony Romo is not this good people. Please, do not draft him to your fantasy team thinking "STEAL, STEAL, STEAL". And stop, Sean Salisbury, for integrity's sake... stop riding a new NFC team's dick week2week. Thx.
