Yo, what up people.

Just curious to know what you might think of these dudes.

Its not a huge site but you can hear previews of their latest three tracks.

Would appreciate it if you could let me know what you think. In my opinion I think they pretty hot. Some of the words are in Zulu and Afrikaans but if you want just ask me bout the song and will translate.

directions for getting straight to the music.

1. Once in site, click on top left hand corner "records"

2. Then drop down one bar and move left to "artists" < click that.

3. A drop down bar thing should happen, click on the first one "skwatta kamp"

4. Once there click on "washumkhukhu" Then a track list should form.

5. Click on selected tracks.

6. Please post feedback on this thread. Negative of Positive, its not going to offend me cause this obviously would not suit all tastes. Im just curious to think what the americans (you) think of our SA HIP HOP

Peace.............

In south africa there is something called kwaito which is the local version of commercial rap, its based solely on long repetitious hooks and wack english lyrics translated to zulu to make it easier for the local cats out here to understand. if you want to know anything about South African hip hop on a level that you cannot F with then dont look at Skwatta Kamp or Zulu Mob are not Hip Hop. Groups like Groundworx, Archetypes and MuscleBomberz are straight up gutta grimy shit that needs no translation just straight battle bring it.
