oh. Well I like the idea that you had. You coulda broke it down a lil more. Like, you coulda condensed that into less time but still its your shit. You had the bass hitting pretty hard so that when you turn up the track to rock out the guits , the bass bleeds through a lil too much as well.

nice vibe though. I'm going through a phase right now thats sounds hard like that. with the guits. idk

experiment with all your EQ possibilities. In most programs , you have many ways to EQ the tracks.

you can also add a lil compression to your bassdrum to make it sound tight and crunchy.. if the kick sounds distorted its prolly cuz the bass.. try to cut everything below the 80 and boost around 200-400.. but like infinity said there's too many ways to do this right or wrong.
