I read a interview with him a year ago and he said these 2 albums were gonna come out this year. I don't see that happening. Kamaal The Abstract should've been out 5 years ago but it got shelved. There's only 9 songs on there because i remember seeing the tracklisting and this dude i know told me he heard the album and he said it sucks because QTip sings on every song LOL. QTip has been gay to me since A Tribe Called Quest broke up. Amplified album is gay to me so i have no interest in listening to anymore solo albums from him.

some times its not all the artists fault that albums dont come out. I cant imagine qtip has much pull at his label in 07.

He's signed with Universal records now. I'm sure he's not a priority at that label because the music he does isn't what's popular right now. I'm surprised he didn't sign with a independent label. I wanna hear more solo albums from Phife. I wish he hadn't disappeared.

Yeah, Amplified is a great album.
And it's not 'gay' get outta here with that shit. Whole album produced by Q-Tip & Dilla, and the rhymes are nice.
