lotta reasons why hoth is better.

I remember getting this album a long long time ago and being disappointed.

There are some really great songs on here and I have already used "In my time of dying". I have a whole thing set up around sampling bits of that song.

I read some interesting stories about the making of this album as well.

can u explain why hoth is better without using no quarter?

okay....1) The Ocean

2) Dyrmaker(sp?) pronounced Jamaica

3) Overall playability

I dont like that shit towards the end from Boogie with Stu and on. Sometimes I just shut it off at that point. It gets old.

PS - there was no need for down by the seaside except when Tori Amos Covered that shit but thats another thread altogether.

MY favs are Custard Pie, HOTH, In the Light, Ten Years Gone, and the almighty Kashmir. I dont think this album is too great overall, and to me those are the only standout tracks. I dont like Trampled Under Foot too much, and the others are just subpar. I actually think Presence is a bit better this, with Achilles Last Stand and Tea for One alone make this album look bad.

In The Light is my favourite Zeppelin track. Trampled Under Foot used to rock the car on family trips as a kid as well. One of my favourite opening verses of any song is Night Flight.

Great, great album.

let's atleast appreciate the fact that this is a good album.

And this album is just another proof that Led Zeppelin are the best group ever or at least close.

Led Zeppelin is the Wu-Tang of Rock

Physical Graffiti is kinda of like the 'Forever' of Zeppelin.

i honestly dont see how HOTH is better than this...and dont ask me why it took me till jus now to hear this album.

I remember reading some article in Rolling Stone shitting on HOTH but it might be my favorite.

its hard to compare Physical Graffiti because its a double-disc
