This is my top twenty of all time in order:

1.Liquid Swords - Gza
2.War Story Book I - Psycho Realm
3.36 Chambers - Wu-Tang Clan
4.Capital Punishment - Big Pun
5.MM...FOOD - MF Doom
6.Only Built 4 Cuban Linx - Raekwon
7.Return of the Tres - Delinquent Habits
8.The Psycho Realm - Psycho Realm
9.Supreme Clientele - Ghostface Killah
10.A Long Hot Summer - Masta Ace

11.Black on Both Sides - Mos Def
12.Ready to Die - Notorious BIG
13.Here come the Horns - Delinquent Habits
14.Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars - Killarmy
15.Violent by Design - Jedi Mind Tricks
16.Doggystyle - Snoop Dogg
17.Iron Man - Ghostface Killah
18.The Infamous - Mobb Deep
19.Temples of Boom - Cypress Hill
20.Stone Crazy - The Beatnuts

All my choices were based on various factors....

1.Raw lyrics & Production
2.Atmosphere
3.Replayability
It was a hard decision putting one above the other but these were pretty much the albums I play the most, whether at home or on the move. There were some obvious omissions which I left out such as Gangstarr and Tribe called quest, but to be honest I find I can't play through they whole albums as much as the ones listed. Also I got into hip hop in the early ninties so groups like Public Enemy, Run DMC etc.. would not have made my top twenty because I always prefered the mid ninties sound as opposed to the sample heavy jazzy beats in the late eighties.

Albums that just missed out of the top twenty were:

No Order
Illmatic - Nas
Atliens - Outkast
Wu-Forever
The Piece Maker - Tony Touch (compilation album)
Visions of Ghandi - Jedi Mind Tricks
Black Sunday - Cypress Hill
3:16 - Murs
Hell on Earth - Mobb Deep
Brothas Doobie - Funkdoobiest
Street Level - The Beatnuts

All three are top twenty all time for me. Prodigy just went nuts on Murda Musik. The production was consistantly bangin! There were no single tracks that were "shook ones" or "hell on earth" like. I know that, but if you listen to those earlier albums they were not as consistant. You had about three or four great tracks and a bunch of mediocre joints. On Murda Musik, you have almost all bangers. There are only a couple tracks I aint feelin. Those being the soft girl singin in the hook ones.

I think every track on Hell on Earth was a banger and thats my favorite Mobb album.
