hey ya'll, sorry i'm late for posting this but just wondering if anyone else here for KRS-One Friday night in Prospect Park? i have to admit i wasn't expecting that much but it was GREAT, absolutely first rank hip-hop, w/good sound, decent crowd etc etc. Bonus: $3 to get close to stage, free if you stand a little bit away. Bonus 2: DJ Scratch started the show cutting "KRS already made an album called Blueprint" from "Ether," which i thought was cold... & fucking hilarious. there are some decent clips from the show on youtube-- look up KRS-One Brooklyn-- but nobody seemed to get the intro, damn. i can write more about the set list later if ya'll are curious.
