For the record, I have nothing against cops personally.

Obviously two of the most famous anti-police songs are N.W.A.'s "Fuck da Police" and Body Count's "Cop Killer".

Two other rather high profile ones I know of are "The Day the Niggaz Took Over" off the Chronic, and "Cop" by the experimental/noise rock band Swans

So...what are some other ones?
