how the fuck can the best be juicy? it's just a simple loop. the best has to exemplify chopped up samples, a good mix, and scratching. the dj has to be represented.
juicy represents disco - song sucks.

one time. the joke is a person that criticizes a man for making self-centred posts and then proceeds to idolize/stalk that same man b/c ... well ... fuck, some gay reason or another.

don't follow me around the internet sniffing my ass. it looks gay.

YOU WIN!!!!!!

thats it. best hip hop track ever. you win.

time's up is truly dope, but T.R.O.Y could just as well make that grade.

best HH song should be a Primo beat, or RZA - only problem with RZA is that the mcs are in-house and therefore it's too parochial for the best HH song ever.

Too bad his flow is horrible.

Ghost is the highlight of that track.

I've always been wondering.... How do you judge a song?

It seems to me everyone here just judges a song in terms of use of multies, punchlines and long verses.

And often mc's who use multies, punchlines and long verses, they don't make sense. They don't relate to each other, it's just used to rhyme. That to me, isn't impressive. I can do that too.

A rapper like Tupac didn't use multies or really long verses. But the man brought something in his songs, that rappers like Canibus (who are in terms of wordplay way better than Pac) couldn't and never will do.

And y'all know that Pac wasn't a R&B rapper. :)

there's not such thing as "the best" anything. thats always gonna be based on one dudes opinion.

now if we wanna talk about "the greatest" then we can actually have a discussion. unless you just want people to name off their favorite tracks.

EDIT: i'll say TROY and the world is yours.

First off allow bringing Biggie up in the same sentaence as "Best Hio-Hop Track Ever"

A hard question and depends what you mean I.E.~

Group Track
Solo
Two MC's on one track
ECT...

My choices would be...

Midnight In The Garden Of Good

Hellz Wind Staff
Impossible
Blueprint 2
Ether
Fly Shanty Penelope
Casablanca
Assination Day

I could go on & on...
