Thoughts on Q-Strange?

I was wondering what people thought about Q-Strange? Some years back, I remember a thread about horrorcore hip hop, and Wu Fam Specialist recommended Q Strange to me. I'm finally getting around to listening to more of his stuff. I heard his first album was mostly horrorcore, but his second album strayed some, from that concept? I also saw he has another album out called Rare Cuts? Is that an album of unreleased songs?
