((And the martyrs are with their Lord; they have their reward and their light)) Almighty Allah has spoken the truth. The Islamic Resistance announces the martyrdom of Mahmoud Ali Mallah, who fell martyr due to a cluster bomb explosion on the 20th of August 2007. The martyr was born in 1980 in the southern town of Ain Qana. He joined the Islamic Resistance in 1988. He is married and has two children.

He's a martyr if he gave his life for the cause of Allah. In this case, one who dies fighting Al-Qaeda, The Taliban, the occupying Zionists or any other enemy of Islam is a martyr. Provided that they truly died on the battlefield by way of the enemy's means and not by their own hand.
